You need not include your salary for that. And so you will come under OBC Non Creamy layer. But make sure your father does not belong to group 1 service while retiring.

My mother is a housewife. We have another house which we have given for rent (total rent is 30,000 per month). Do I belong to OBC non-creamy layer?

My annual gross income is 6.5lk. My father is working in private company. His annual income is 1.5lk. Now I am willing to apply for central government Class 2 post. They require at least 1 year experience. We belong to OBC category. Will I come under OBC-NCL category ? If yes then whose NCL (My or my father’s) shall I upload during online application procedure ? Please help.
