Sir, my father is psu employee. His current salary is more than 8 lakhs. He joined the office as class three, currently he is promoted to class 2 post at the age of 58. I am NCL OR CL?
Are critera for psus & central govt employees are the same

I am working in psu and getting more than 8lakh salary per annum can I get obc non creamy layer certificate?
