  • Vanakkam friends,

    Kindly help me with the accuracy of the following corrections made by me.

    Questions :

    Q.No.4 - Statement 3 is correct as per Article 20(3)

    Q.No.10 - Statement 3 is correct.. - DPSP got constitutional status as it has mentions @ Constitution. And that obviously confirms its legal status (legally protected from anyone from challenging @ any court of law for the non-implication of its provisions) with in the system..

    @Q.No.11 - Statement 4 is "incorrect" - Coniferous regions are of cold climate.. so temperature range is not the highest there...

    @Q.No.14 - Option d. is wrong.. question is about the incorrect statement.
    Statement 1 is correct
    Statement 2 is not accurate (question says 2/3 but actually it is 90%)
    Statement 3 also not accurate (question says 25% but it is 5-6%)
    Statement 4 is correct.. !!!

    @Q.No.25 - Contradicting between statement 3 & 4 !! Rainbow is not a product of condensation - it is caused by reflection, refraction and dispersion of light in water droplets ("PRECIPITATION") resulting in a spectrum of light appearing in the sky.

    @Q.No.26 - Amoebiasis (infection) is not a vector borne but malaria is..

    source: http://www.who.int/campaigns/world-health-day/2014/vector-borne-diseases/en/

    &

    @Q.No.53 - Statement 2 - Not incorrect - " Eutrophification - algal bloom,deoxygenisation and kills fish.

    @Q.No.54 - Trade & Profession proliferated castes.. Absorption of tribes and foreigners proliferated the headcounts of Sudras.. @ Brahmanical religion newly absorbed were considered as sudras.. Change of caste - impossible.. so caste has got proliferated via new trades n professions.

    @Q.No.74 - FRINGE BENEFIT TAX is a Direct Tax

    Upon referring sources and assessing all this.. below should have been the answers for the concerned questions..

    Q.No. 4 = d. All I,ll and III
    Q.No.10 = d. All I, II and III
    Q.No.11 = c.1,2 &3 only
    Q.No.14 = two answers ! option "b" & "c"
    Q.No.25 = two answers ! option "c" & "d"
    Q.No.26 = a.1 only
    Q.No.53 = a. lll and IV
    Q.No.54 = c. Trade and new professions
    Q.No.74 = d. All of the above.

    Thanks

    • Hi, What about question no. 23 and 81

      23. Bhils not restricted to Rajasthan. They spread all over west India and north east India.

      81. National income= total value of good and services produced by the nationals

      • I have sent an email in this regard to AICSCC and its director @ 16th morning n am yet to receive any kind of response from them.. so am not sure whether it will be looked upon.. Above all, a simple logic.. how come the institute can frame questions without knowing or finding the answers before conducting the exam itself..

    • question number 4 is option "a" only since it is not a compulsion to give the incriminating evidence that provision not mentioned in the polity as i guess

      • Qsn no 4. All statements are Given in negative stance.. these sentences explicit mentioned in laxmikanth.( 7.11)

        If third statement is wrong, then all should be wrong.

    • and question number 14 your answer is wrong bro epicenter is the point on the ground surface vertically above the origin of earthquake. foci is the place of origin of earth quake.

    • Frnd the option is only of range of temperature is highest... We have assume that that the range of coldness is high... Because temperature is nothing but the degree of hotness or coldness...

      • Bro, what you say about temperature is absolutely correct..
        But here , the definition for "Range of Temperature" as per G.C.Leong's Certificate Physical and Human Geography (pg.no : 98) is 'The difference between the hottest month and coldest month'. Hence i have related it to the "coldest" climate (Tundra) which has greater magnitude of coldness than Coniferous Forest.

        So by going with the definition given by G.C Leong.. and interpreting the below link.. i've suggested them to check the legitimacy of my correction.

        PS: All this are purely my observation.. an aspirant's observation not an expert's..

    • Friend for Q4 last statement is origin point is focus not epi centre so rather all the other 3 is compitable or partial

  • Dear GokulDeepak,
    Please look at the question no. 74, Fringe benefit tax also the direct tax. please check it up. thanks in advance

    • Everything is wrong about the answer key. I think they allowed first year Anna University students to prepare it.
