Hi
My father works as class 3 central government employee and earn 6 lakh per annum,and gets 4 lakh pension(ex- army)=total 10 lakh.
I also work for central government class 3 employee.
Am I creamy layer or non-creamylayer

Your father's salary does not matter since he is a government employee. only his status (class 3) should be taken into account.
Your salary or status should be considered only for your ward(son/daughter).
You haven't mentioned about your mother. Considering her as a housewife. You belong to OBC Non-Creamy Layer.

No. Pensions won't be considered in salary criteria.
