Sir, My father is working in L.I.C of India he was recruited as a class 3 Assistant. Now He is Class 1 officer, his income is more than 8 LPA( taxable income is less than 8 LPA) and he got into Class 1 cadre when he was 38 year old. Will I be eligible for OBC reservation ?
Hi, Since he was promoted to group 1 service before the age of 40, you belong to OBC Creamy Layer and so not eligible for NCL certificate.

Your father's salary does not matter since he is a government employee. only his status (class 3) should be taken into account.
Your salary or status should be considered only for your ward(son/daughter).
You haven't mentioned about your mother. Considering her as a housewife. You belong to OBC Non-Creamy Layer.
