Hi,
The 3 consecutive years above 8 LPA, is it to be considered from current financial year ? or for past 3 years? Please help me
My father used to earn less than 6.5 lakh till FY2017-18. Now, from April -2018, his salary crossed 8LPA. So, Am i eligible to apply now ?

You should consider Financial Year 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19. Find average for these 3 years of income.
